Since my graduation as a vet in 2015, I’ve been privileged enough to either work or volunteer in a dozen different locations around the globe. And while it hasn’t been easy adapting to work in places with different cultures, languages and expectations, I’ve found that the benefit of what I gain from these experiences greatly outweighs the difficulties.

This page aims to share some of the tips and lessons that I picked on my veterinary travels, and to help you learn more about what it would be like working in these locations as a veterinary professional yourself.

These stories and articles are all based on my own opinions and experience- if you’ve had a difference take on working overseas, I’d love to hear from you. So please leave a comment or get in touch.
